Core

Priority Booking lets members at premium or unlimited membership plans enjoy early access to your most popular classes, creating more value for your VIP members, while reducing class frustrations.

With Plan Purchase Limits, you can now restrict how many times a specific plan can be purchased, preventing abuse of your promotions like free trials or drop-in passes.

  • Stop plan abuse: No more repeated purchases of free trials or one-time promotions — unless you want to allow that!
  • Customizable flexibility: Set limits tailored to specific plans, like capping drop-ins at 3 per person.
  • Seamless communication: Members receive clear, automated messages when they reach their plan limits with options for alternative plans.

Cancellation Requests

Core

Core’s Click-to-Cancel update, designed to comply with upcoming FTC regulations in the U.S., ensures your gym members can easily cancel their membership. Additionally, updates ensure admins can easily track and manage the cancellations requests.

What’s included:

  • Easily disabled: If the regulation does not apply to your gym, the feature can be easily turned off.
  • Member-friendly cancellations: Members can submit cancellation requests directly from the Members App, complete with a reason for cancellation.
  • Automated notifications: Admins are alerted to member requests via email to ensure timely processing.
  • Dashboard visibility: Track all cancellation requests in one place for clearer management.
  • Retain full admin control: Choose to manually review each cancellation request, or enable automations for immediate cancellation.

  • Customizable quick links: Create a navigation system tailored to your workflow. Choose up to 20 links — previously, all users had 5 fixed quick links — then drag-and-drop to reorder them.
  • Enhanced date filtering: Compare week-to-date, month-to-date, or custom date ranges for easy reviews of your gym’s performance.
  • Member avatars: Quickly see what members are associated with key metrics so you can identify who needs your attention.
  • Streamlined check-ins: Faster check-ins with added functionality like class dropdowns and "Open Gym" options.

  • Automatic review requests for milestones or first visits: Members hitting milestones or visiting for the first time will automatically receive a review request — even if other requests were sent that day.
  • Capture meaningful feedback: Helps you capture feedback when it matters most, allowing you to celebrate progress and refine your offerings.

Personalized Coach Feedback Requests

GymHappy

Smarter feedback tools are empower coaches to connect with members in more meaningful ways, and refine your coaching approach to better meet member needs.

The details:

  • New feedback templates: Coaches can pick from a variety of feedback templates to keep requests fresh and engaging.
  • Feedback focus areas: Options include gathering feedback on class structure, coaching style, and member progress.
  • Boost response rates: Personalization ensures higher response rates and more insightful feedback.
