Stay compliant with TCPA updates

Changes to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) are coming in 2026, but we’re giving you the tools and resources to prepare now. Here's what you need to know:
- Written consent is mandatory: You’ll need clear, written approval from recipients before sending marketing texts.
- Opt-outs made simple: Customers can opt out of all communications by replying “stop,” and you must comply within 10 days.
- Real penalties for missteps: Fines of up to $1,500 per violation are a possibility, so compliance is critical.
This update will make compliance within Grow seamless, keeping communication easy while ensuring member satisfaction. And though the changes have been pushed to 2026, we're embracing best practices to help you stay ahead of regulations and avoid fines — without missing any opportunity to deliver effective messaging.
