Branded Member App Subscription
There is an ongoing monthly subscription fee for the Branded Member App. You will be charged this fee once we request your logo graphic via email. Once we have received your logo and completed the subscription charge, you can expect to have your Branded Member App built and submitted to the App Store and Google Play within 7-10 business days. Upon approval from the App Store and Google Play, you will receive an email with instructions for distribution and marketing your new app to your members.
Cancellation Policy -- 30 Day Notice
Unless otherwise specified, the term of this Agreement will be month to month (“Subscription Term”). The Subscription Term commences on the Effective Date and will automatically renew on a monthly basis until either Party terminates in accordance with this Agreement. Either Party may terminate the Agreement and/or any subscription at any time, for any reason or no reason, by providing notice to the other Party at least thirty (30) days before the end of the relevant Subscription Term. For example, if you would like to cancel on June 30 you will need to provide written notice of cancellation by May 30. To cancel your Branded Member App subscription, please initiate your cancellation request via the control panel Intercom chat.
What Can I Customize on my Branded Member App?
This is a great question and one we get quite often! Here is a list of items that you can customize.

- Branded Member App Home Image Background (This can be changed monthly provided we receive new files in the correct format)

Apple Developer Account
A requirement of the Branded Member App is that you must sign up for and maintain an active Apple Developer Account. This process can take some time so we encourage you to begin the process early. Additionally, we strongly encourage you to sign up for an “Organization” account rather than an “Individual” account as this will make the transfer process more efficient. Once you have successfully created your Apple Developer Account, you will need to provide us with access to your account in order for us to complete the transfer of your Branded Member App. Failure to provide access to your Apple Developer Account will result in delayed software updates (these are typically rolled out on a monthly basis). The cost of the Apple Developer account is $99/year, and this is a cost that you are responsible for each year in addition to your monthly Branded Member App subscription. More info here
Use of Image and Logo
PushPress may at times use the app we made you for marketing purposes. You consent to allow PushPress to use your company name, logo, and images associated with your company, including images of you, your coaches or instructors, and your members as it relates to your Branded Member App.
Auto-Cancellation
The PushPress Branded Member App is set up as a recurring monthly subscription once you complete the request form. This subscription will renew each month on your billing date (the date we start the subscription). To build your branded app, we will need assets from you, including a logo and background image. Throughout the build process, we will remain in communication with you via email to guide you through the necessary steps. After three unsuccessful attempts to get a hold of you (via email), we will mark your account as pending auto-cancel, which will cancel after the second billing cycle. In summary, please don’t ghost us! If you’re no longer interested in the branded app, we get it, just let us know :)
